How To Eat Without Sugar
Master Your Cravings during a 4 week sugar detox. Delve into specific strategies to manage and reduce sugar cravings by understanding triggers and implementing proven techniques to resist the urge for sugar, empowering participants to regain control of their diet.

Reintroduce Sugar With Confidence
Learn how to reintroduce sugar back into your diet safely, focusing on balance and moderation. This course offers practical guidance on reintegrating sugar without triggering unhealthy cravings or blood glucose spikes.

Our exlusive first retreat will be held on Magnetic Island from Friday 6th February to Sunday 8th February. There will only be a maximum of 6 spots availiable. Nutritious meals will be provided. Those who join the waitlist will receive earlybird prices once bookings are live.

Our Story
Sugar Detox Retreat was brought to life by Jane, who started it as a passion project grounded in her own long journey with nutrition and fitness. Growing up as a larger child and later competing in BJJ, she experienced multiple weight-loss phases, strict weight cuts, binge eating, and yo-yo dieting. These challenges gave her a deep understanding of how difficult lasting lifestyle changes can be—especially with the addictive pull of sugar and highly processed foods.
Determined to break the cycle, Jane immersed herself in research, books, and podcasts, developing an evidence-based approach to reducing sugar and creating healthier habits. Her academic background—a Bachelor of Medical Science and a Master of Optometry further strengthens her foundation in scientific based practice.
Jane’s mission is to help others achieve the same freedom she sought: a calmer, more balanced relationship with food. Through Sugar Detox Retreat, she offers support, insight, and guidance to anyone ready to make meaningful, sustainable change.
Sugar Detox Retreat also welcomes guest yoga instructors who offer calming and restorative practices throughout the program.
